How to read these data

This section brings together indices, currencies, commodities and twenty US-listed stocks to explore the wider market context around Bitcoin. The Arincen overview displays available USD prices, normally delayed by fifteen minutes for US stocks. It does not supply an individual timestamp for every price and is not presented as real time. Arincen charts use lines or areas. Dukascopy instruments are indicative CFDs, distinct from the official level of a cash index or an exchange-traded futures contract.

Native currency data uses ECB daily reference fixings, checked hourly; these are not executable quotes. Sixty-one pairs cover the euro and dollar against the principal currencies published by the source, in units of the second currency per unit of the first. Fixing history is shown as a line, without inventing intraday candles. Other provider charts have their own available intervals, types and coverage. Spot prices, CFDs and futures are not interchangeable; visual comparisons do not establish a stable correlation or a causal relationship with Bitcoin.
